We provide you with an off-line editing suite equipped with the latest versions of AVID Media Composer and Final Cut Pro. According to your needs, this suite can be rented with or without editors.

We have 3 stations available that are capable of managing uncompressed streams. The optical fiber network, to which we are linked, allows us a great flexibility. Our editors, with their technical as well as creative competences, put that final touch to your editing. They make sure that the work is in compliance with the strictest technical standards.

In order to appreciate your creations in the best conditions, we have a viewing room available for you, equipped with a Full HD plasma screen of 50 inches.

Since 2003, we built a solid experience on Shake, THE leading software for compositing. So much so that our work on Coca-Cola Soundwave has successively been used by developers at NABShow and in the book Apple Pro Training Series: Shake 4. We use a wide range of plugins, of course, such as Sapphire, Furnace, Keylight, Mofex. Moreover, we have just acquired Nuke, another compositing software, even faster and with a real 3D space.

For your requirements with regard to motion graphics, we mainly use After Effects. In fact, our stations are equipped with the latest Adobe creative suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator...).

Scratch offers a coherent and money-saving solution for  conform and color-grading. One of the numerous advantages is the reading of raw RED (4K) files in real time. This means that it is not necessary anymore to convert or generate proxies. The workflow of your filmed productions in RED is really simplified.

The color-grading suite is equipped with a Cinetal monitor and a waveform/vectorscope Omnitek, indispensable for professional color grading. The images are stored on external disks in dpx, tiff or cineon sequences and can be worked on in real time with a 2K or HD resolution, 8 or 10 bits, log or linear. Of course Scratch can manage the output in any resolution until 4K.

Aware of the "tapeless" format archiving problem such as RED, Paprika offers you the option to archive your rushes on the best adapted medium at present: the LTO-4. Contrary to a master on HDCAM SR, it allows to keep the original files (4K resolution) and proves to be more economical.

We take care of your data. In fact, every film that is finalised at Paprika, is archived on Digital Betacam or HDCAM. With regard to the project and its media, they are archived on LTO. Thanks to an internally developed database, each member of our team can access the complete history of the project. This allows us to meet your demands fast.

We deliver our latest productions to different national and international TV channels. In Belgium, we use the D-MAT system on the compatible channels. For more information, read our news.

We ensure the capture, the duplication and the creation of masters in numerous formats: HDCAM SR, HDCAM, HDV, Digital Betacam, Beta SP, DVCAM, DVD, Blu-ray. We master the whole of the compression technologies: from digital cinema to the web. For the creation of DVD or Blu-Ray, we look after: the menu design, encoding, authoring and subtitles.
